Oreo Thief

After dinner Corbin and I were at the table talking and Landen went into the other room. It got really quiet and I got curious at where Landen was. This is where we caught him.  He was at the bottom of the pantry and he stole an oreo.....

From this bag! He had moved a chair to reach the cookies. He was determined to get that cookie! He is just like his mommy.

The first Snow

 This winter in North Carolina has been amazing! The majority of the time we have had some beautiful weather in the 60's! We have loved it. Today the beautiful weather streak was broken with the first snow.

 Landen kept saying "It's snowing!"

He was very excited and stayed out until it was dark!

We are having a little GIRL!!

Oregon

Last week we went to Oregon to visit Corbin's grandma. And it was so nice to have all of Corbin's family there too. Which means Landen got to hang out with some of his favorite friends. AKA Cousins! The scenery in Oregon was absolutely beautiful. Everywhere I looked there was water or pine trees. Two things I love!

We drove up the coast and saw the ocean. I could have stayed there all day.

Landen loved exploring and looking for rocks. You think he was able to find one?

We got to see some amazing Sea Lions, but the smell was almost unbearable! UGH But Landen liked it.

Thank goodness we stayed in a hotel that had a heated pool. Landen was not a fan of the hot tub. He kept saying it was "too hot." And that's where everyone wanted to be!

Daddy was a trooper and swam in the big pool for a while.

The last night there, we went to eat at this cute place called Bliss's Drive Diner. And they had some of the best fish I have ever eaten! So fun.

The trip was too short, but it was so nice to see some of Corbin's extended family again and get reacquainted.
