Residency Graduation

It's hard to believe Corbin is finally done with residency! Wow....We are so excited! I remember going to graduation when we first moved here and being so jealous of the senior class that was graduating and wishing that Corbin was already at that point. Now it has arrived and it is the best feeling ever!

Oklahoma University! This is where Corbin worked for the last four years. There was a lot of long hours spent at this place.

We loved having Corbin's mom here on Corbin's big day.

The ceremony was really nice and Corbin received the Academic Award for scoring the highest on his boards! I'm one proud wife:)

So one chapter is closed with another opening on July 1st when we head to North Carolina. We are so ready for the new adventure!!

Happy Father's Day

I'm only almost a week late posting Father's Day....it's not like we are trying to pack up our house and move across the country or anything! haha I love this picture of Corbin and Landen. It's a perfect Father's day picture!

Happy 2nd Birthday Landen!

Landen doesn't officially turn two until next week, but we did decided to celebrate it early since we are moving on his birthday. I didn't want to slide his birthday even if he is only 2! He loves Cars right now and it was perfect that Cars 2 just came out! His beautiful cake... which I did not make. haha

Grammy was able to celebrate with us! And is here for Corbin's graduation tomorrow! That will be a whole other post!!

Landen was showered with Love and Gifts. Since he turned two, we will have to start buying him a plane ticket..ugh...so we got him a Cars carry on. He LOVES it!

Pulling McQueen!

On our way to see Cars 2. Landen didn't want to leave his carry on behind! We had to bring it and it had to sit on his lap! *Cheese*

Landen loved the movie. He had to have his eyes on the screen every second,..he wouldn't even look at the camera for a picture.

Time for cake. He was so excited. McQueen had to eat cake with us. I have a feeling Landen is going to want him to sleep with him too!

Landen tried so hard to blow out the candles. He finally did it and was very proud of himself.

Evidence of Landen's excitment! He actually does smile. haha

Happy 2nd Birthday to Landen! I can't believe he is already two years old. He is getting so big and is such a sweet little boy. We love you.

Kitty

Landen loves animals, especially cats! Cats are my least favorite animal and it's probably because I am so allergic to them. When Landen sees a cat he says "meow" and runs to see the kitty. He won't get to close right away because he is still scared, but once he warms up to the kitty he loves to pet them.

Don't get your hopes up Landen, we will never have a cat as a family pet!

How will my garden grow?

I've never considered myself a gardener by any stretch of the imagination. Every year I attempt to grow this beautiful, luscious garden only to be rewarded with tiny squash or puny tomatoes! Well this year was no different. Haha. Since we knew we were moving this summer, I decided to do a few pots of tomatoes and peppers. Well the peppers never grew and I did everything I was told to do to help these peppers grow. And I only produced TWO tomatoes. LOL...wow...I am really terrible! I can't even grown vegetables in POTS! I am so proud of my first red tomato!

It was holding on strong. I thought I was about to pull up the whole bush! Better luck next year in North Carolina. I'm going to get there, even if it takes me failing the first few years!

Gangster

Ever since we started packing we have been trying to throw away and de-clutter the house. Which means we find a lot of stuff we forgot we had. Including this Halloween gangster necklace. Landen was so excited and wanted to wear it and this is the picture I got. Always so serious, but I guess it's appropriate for this picture. haha

Everytime I ask Landen to say "cheese," this is what the picture looks like! At least he is making some sort of expression instead of frowning!

Mr. Jumper

Landen has a new found love, which is jumping! He loves to jump everywhere, but just recently he discovered a trampoline. Ohmy....He had an absolute blast jumping around in 100 degree weather.

Look at all that air he is getting!! What a big boy he is. Can't believe Landen will be turning two in a few weeks. Where has the time gone?
