Merry Christmas

Christmas this year was so fun with Landen because he really understood what was going on.  When we were reading "The Night Before Christmas" our fireplace made a noise. I said "Landen, that could be santa!" He got so stressed out and said "Mommy turn the fireplace off! He is going to get burned!" HAHA
I wait to put up our stockings until Christmas Eve and Landen loved putting them all up.

 Christmas Morning.

Brooklyn had no idea what was going on. She just enjoyed watching Landen open his gifts!
She was a good girl this year, so she did have a little stack!
Landen asked for three things from Santa this year:
1. Jake and the Neverland Pirates game
2. Where is my Water game (He called it the crocodile game)
3. Spiderman game
He was so excited when he opened those gifts! It was so cute!
 Brooklyn loved her new book.

This year we got Landen a bike and he seemed more excited about the angry bird slippers than the bike! Ugh..a little disappointing! haha But on the bright side, he is easy to please!
I got a tri pod for my camera! So I actually got a picture of us on Christmas morning. And everyone was looking! Hallelujah! That definitely doesn't happen everyday.
I love Christmas time...I think I would have enjoyed it more if we all didn't get sick. Ugh...Thanks to Mr. Landen we all got runny noses and sore throats. Here's to a healthier 2013!

Holiday Pix

I have to have a picture of the kids in front of the tree! Very important:) Landen isn't a fan, but mother knows best!

Santa

Landen was real excited about seeing Santa, but he did not want to get close to him! I'm surprised I got a picture of him holding Santa's hand!  He did tell him all the things he wanted for Christmas.
Brooklyn had no idea what was going on!

After we left Santa gave Landen a coloring book. Landen started to get teary eyed because he was expecting the three gifts he asked Santa for. It was so sweet. He said "Haven't I been a good boy?" Awwww melt my heart.

Trimming the Tree

We finally got our Christmas tree! We were suppose to go up to the mountains and cut one down this year, but sadly Landen got really sick. I guess there is always next year.
Brooklyn loved seeing all the twinkle lights. She kept staring and smiling at them.
When Corbin brought home the Christmas tree, Landen ran out saying "This is the bestest tree in the whole world daddy. Thank you daddy!" He kept kissing Corbin on the head. He was so excited. He had to help trim some of the branches with his saw.

Landen was a good age this year to help decorate the tree. He was very careful with all the special ornaments. He was a very big helper.

AZ

We went to AZ to see Grammy for a week and we had such a fun time. Brooklyn went on her first plane ride and did great!
Landen tried to entertain her while on the flight, which I thought was so cute. He loves trying to make her laugh.
 My little princess!
We saw the Temple lights, which were beautiful and crowded! I guess everyone wanted to go on a Sunday. hah
We loved hanging out with Brandon and Mayra and their sweet kids! Landen and Owen got along like peas and carrots. Already BFF's!
 Playing in the desert!
 All ready!

 Brothers!
Dancing at San Tan Flats! What a fun place to eat!

 Grammy and the babies!
  Me and Mayra

It is always so hard to say good bye to Grammy! Landen loves his grammy so much!
The trip was so fun! Looks like the trip made someone tired!
Brooklyn was such a good traveler. I was so relieved! We already miss everyone in AZ! Until next time.

Just because

Photo of the Day. And it is my favorite! Landen wanted to hold Brooklyn in a box and she LOVED it!

Happy Thanksgiving

Landen was an Indian for his school play and he was so cute up on stage! He was asked to say what he was thankful for and he said "blueberries." It was so funny because all the other kids were saying their dads, sisters, mom, grandparents and Landen said blueberries. He kid doesn't even eat fruit! haha

Thanksgiving consisted of eating lots of food with friends and watching football. Brooklyn is already getting into the routine!
It was so nice to have Corbin off, so he could enjoy it with us! The food and company was great!

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!!!
My spiderman
My little mermaid!
The first house we went to, no one was home and this was Landen's response. He was sooooo disappointed! He didn't realize there were other house to go to.
It was so cold we had to ditch Brooklyn's costume and bundle her up.

This is a fraction of all the candy we go. I can't believe all the candy one little person can get!! We have a life supply! Happy Halloween!
