Big Hero Landen is 6!

 Wow! 6 years ago this little boy made me a mom for the first time. I am so happy to be his mom! Since Landen and Brooklyn have birthdays 3 days apart, they get to have a party on their even year...so this year it was Landen's year. On his actual birthday we had a family party which consisted of going out to eat and getting a fabulous balloon birthday hat!

Landen has grown into such a sweet boy. He LOVES to play with his sister. Someimes he understands what she is saying better than we do! He is very patient with her and is very helpful. He learned how to ride his Big boy bike with big wheels and can swim really well in the pool. He likes to jump in and float on his back. He can read simple books and is very smart. (Maybe too smart because he likes to question everything!) He loves to play with his Legos (which he puts together all by himself) and the Wii. He loves playing "bad guy" with Brooklyn and they hide in closets with their swords and guns. He says the most beautiful prayers. They are very heart felt and always asks that Grandpa Dennis watch of us. He loves pizza, mac n cheese, going to the movies, and Chuck e Cheese. Every night before going to sleep he will ask "mom where are you going to be first?" He wants to make sure he knows exactly where I will be if he needs me. He will also ask "Will daddy be here tomorrow?" Because he knows sometimes he is on call and not home. And the last thing he says is "Bring the monitor where ever you go." He is such a good kid!

He loves sports and Legos...especially minecraft!

 On July 11th, he had all his friends celebrate at Foothills Gymnastics! He wanted a Big Hero 6 party! And they all had a blast!

 Landen even flew like baymax! I can't believe how high he went, but he loved it so much!! He is definitely a thrill seeker like his daddy!

 It was a great day and I'm pretty sure they all had so much fun!
